The rear-tipping self-unloading semi-trailer realizes automatic unloading through a hydraulic system, and it can complete the dumping in only 30 seconds, significantly improving the unloading efficiency. This design reduces manual intervention and lowers labor costs. It is especially suitable for short-distance and high-frequency transportation scenarios (such as the “multiple short-distance trips” mode for sand and gravel materials). The hydraulic control system simplifies the unloading process, and the driver can directly complete the unloading by operating the control cabin, avoiding the cumbersome nature and potential safety hazards of traditional manual unloading.
It is a semi-trailer with hydraulic dump function. It is mainly used for the transportation and automatic unloading of bulk goods. It is suitable for the transportation of sand and gravel, soil, concrete blocks, construction waste, mining, agriculture and other fields in construction.
The cargo compartment is tilted backward through the hydraulic cylinder (the angle is usually 45 ° ~ 60 °) to make the cargo slide down automatically. It can be rolled over or dumped on three sides (some models) to improve unloading flexibility. The standard load is 30 ~ 60 tons (depending on the number of axles and structural strength), and the heavy-duty model can reach more than 80 tons (for mine transportation). Commonly equipped with 2 ~ 4 axes, manual or electric control, some high-end models are equipped with remote control operation to improve convenience.
