TIRON successfully delivered low-bed transport equipment to an infrastructure project in the Philippines

--Customized solutions help construction

Recently, the last batch of special low-bed semi-trailers with a load capacity of 85 tons completed customs clearance at the Port of Manila in the Philippines .

Project Background: Solving the infrastructure transportation problems of Philippine customers

Topographical restrictions: inter-island transportation requires passing through narrow urban roads and temporary docks

Special features of the cargo: The maximum length of a single prefabricated bridge component is 48 meters and the weight is 80 tons

Climate test: high temperature and high humidity environment accelerates equipment loss

After international bidding, TIRON Special Purpose Vehicle was selected based on:

Modular low-profile design: can be quickly disassembled and assembled to adapt to different road sections

Corrosion-resistant reinforcement: specially upgraded for marine climate

Eventually, we defeated our German and Japanese competitors and became the exclusive supplier of transportation equipment for the project.

【Technological Innovation Highlights】

Intelligent weight system

is used to adjust the weight of each axle in real time to ensure that the road pressure is evenly distributed during the transportation of extra-long prefabricated parts, perfectly meeting the Philippine DOT-R standards.

Special configuration for tropical areas

Equipped with salt spray resistant hydraulic system (protection grade IP67)

Install automatic tire inflation and deflation device (to cope with complex road conditions)

Cab integrated air conditioning life support system (to ensure safety during high temperature operation)

Efficient loading and unloading solutions

The innovative "hydraulic gooseneck + sliding platform" combination shortens the loading and unloading time of bridge segments from the traditional 6 hours to 90 minutes, helping to advance the overall progress of the project by 18 days.

【Customer Testimonials】

" TIRON 's equipment showed amazing reliability during the typhoon season, with 32 vehicles running a total of 150,000 kilometers without any major failures.
